Most attractive Umrah Packages for
Tour consolidators in 2018-19 AD(1440 H)

Batco Umrah & Allied Services is offering the Umrah pilgrimage operators / consolidators, 4 very attractive packages designed to suit diverse budgets. These are 14 night packages where the pilgrims will spend 7 nights each at Makkah and Madina. Group size has to be 40 members. The packages include obtaining UMRAH VISA for the pilgrims but do not include the AIRFARE from India to KSA.

Complete Ground
Transportation

The packages includes the ground transportation from Jeddah airport to hotels, shuttle service to haram / Masjid-e-Nabuwi where hotels are over 1000 metres away, intercity travel, Ziyaraths and drop back at the Jeddah airport in 40+ seater AC buses.

Food:
3 Square Meals

Breakfast, lunch and Dinner in Indian Set Menu Full Board Buffet cooked by experienced Indian Chefs. The menu is devised differently for different packages. The food is freshly cooked everyday in hygienic conditions and served hot to the pilgrims.

Accommodation:
2 or 3 Star Hotels

The accommodation throughout the tour will be arranged in 2 or 3 star hotels within 500 metres of Haram Shareef / Masjid-e-Nabuwi. Within each package the pilgrims have the option to choose from 5, 4, 3 and 2 bed sharing rooms with attached bathrooms.

There are 4 packages on offer with different base rates per pilgrim. Within each package the pilgrim can choose from different rooms where they share them with 4 to 1 group members. Therefore within four packages there are 4 options giving 16 budget choices.

Terms & Conditions

The Packages includes:

  • Getting the Umrah Visa for the trip.
  • Hotel Accomodation as per room share choice for 14 nights in Makkah (7 Nights) and Madina (7 Nights).
  • Breakfast, lunch and Dinner in Indian Set Menu Full Board Buffet cooked by experienced Indian Chefs. The menu is devised differently for different packages.
  • Ground transportation for the entire Trip from Airport to Airport in A/c. Buses of 40+ passenger capacity with Ziyarath without Guide.
  • All laundry services are included except for travellers under BRONZE package.
  • Above rates Includes Saudi VAT and Municipal Tax.

The packages excludes:

  • Any extra VAT or Tourism Tax is applicable in Saudi or GST in India will be charged over the package rates.
  • The package does not include Air Tickets.
  • The Company is responsible only over the services mentioned above and is not responsible for the any type of services failure which is beyond control of our company.

Infant/Child Charges:

  • Infants & Children aged less than 7 years will be charged SR. 235 per head extra over and above the package charge (This rate is applicable if number of infants/children aged less than 7 years allowed per group shall not exceed 10% of the total group members). If their number goes beyond the 10% ceiling then the rate per infant/child will be SR. 640.
  • Children between 7 and 10 years of age will be charged SR. 695. No separate bed will be provided for them.
  • Children above the age of 10 Years will be charged full as per the package rate and are considered proper member of the group.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • The packages can start either from Makkah or Madinah with the condition that the total number of nights will not exceed 7 each in either city.
  • The Package viability depends upon the availability in above mentioned hotels.
  • Check-in Time at hotels is 16.00 Hours and Check-out Time 12.00 and in case of early check in and late check-out, extra night will be applied as per the tariff.
  • For every group of 40 passengers consolidated the 41st passenger will be free.

Criterion for Consolidators:

  • Saudi Riyal conversion to INR will be on basis of xe.com current conversion rate + 0.90 paisa.
  • Cancellation of any group should at least be 21 days before the departure date.
  • If a passenger cancels his trip with the group after the stamping of the Umrah Visa, then he will be charged SR 200 will apply.
